Pickup and Delivery for Repairs

:

1. JMOR can do pickup and delivery for repairs for a $100 charge
2. $100 to come on-site - to take and return your printer. If  you would like JMOR to repair your printer after you know what is wrong with it, then that $100 goes towards the cost of the repair, toward the cost of a new printer, or toward the cost of the installation of the new printer.
3. Usually takes 3-7 business days for a repair
4. Overnight or rush repairs are available for $50 total

Generic Problem for all Printers

 

Print Error

1. When printing, it only prints about an inch, then shoots out the paper. The printer and ink keep going like there's still paper there to be printing on.
2. Printer isn't feeding the paper properly, but it sounds like it's still printing. Then I get a paper jam error but there isn't a paper jam anywhere.
3. Only prints about 2 inches, and the green light continues blinking, like receiving signal. If continues printing, white bars (1/4") appear expanding the picture. It prints about two pages and then the flashing Collaborate and Configure lights are blinking

Answer:

1. Double check that the thickness lever is set to 0.
2. It might also be a good idea to check that you have the latest drivers installed, and be sure that you aren't out or don't need to change the ink.
3. Problems like this can sometimes occur when the printer registers a wrong ink level.
