The Problem: Slow speeds for network users.

JMOR received a call from a nearby production company complaining of a slow internet connection. The company asked us to visit their offices to troubleshoot the problem and find a solution. After an in-person visit to the company and a meeting with the VP of Operations, it was clear that the problem was causing a dip in productivity, as even the simplest of tasks (surfing the Internet and downloading program updates) were taking far too long. After a brief review with the company's management team, JMOR was hired to troubleshoot the issue.
